Mansfield Property Group recently sold a 30,000 Square foot office / warehouse property located at 603 S. Wisteria St. in Mansfield, TX.  The asset which is situated on a 6.5 acre tract of land, is 100 percent leased by Stock Building Supply.  Chad O'Neal of Colleyville based Realty Capital Corp represented the seller, Mansfield Property Group as well as the buyer, Driscoll Realty Development.
