Diana Driscoll Forms Limited Partnership for Purchase of Commercial Land in Keller, Texas  
 

May 2003 – Diana Driscoll, of Driscoll Realty Developments, Inc. is pleased to announce the formation of a limited partnership under the name of “Keller Commercial Properties, Ltd.” for the purpose of purchasing approximately 1.63 acres of commercial property on Highway 1709 in Keller, Texas. 
 

Rich and Diana Driscoll will act as the general partners, while Diana Driscoll and other equity sources will serve as the limited partners in the investment.  Keller Commercial Properties, Ltd. plans to develop the property in two phases.  Over 50% of the first phase is currently pre-leased. 
 

This property is located on the coveted frontage of Hwy. 1709 in Keller, Texas.  Each phase will include professional offices of approximately 6,000 square feet.  This site is one of the last pieces of land available for buildings smaller than 10,000 square feet.
