Keller Commercial Properties, Ltd. Announces Completion of Phase 1 Keller Office Park Development, Keller, Texas 
 

October, 2004 – Rich and Diana Driscoll, general partners of Keller Commercial Properties, Ltd., are pleased to announce the completion of Phase 1 of their professional office development on Keller Parkway (Hwy. 1709) in Keller, Texas.  The building is now leasing office space to Total Eye Care and Performance Chiropractic. 
 

“We were so pleased how well the completed building looks.  The stone and wood accents blend in well with the surroundings – it’s just a great place to come everyday!” said Diana Driscoll.  The contractors on the project were Royal General Partners and debt was provided by Compass Bank. 
 

Phase 2 of the complex will begin as demand allows.  “We have not ruled out selling the pad site for Phase 2,” stated Rich Driscoll.  “We will be watching the Keller and Southlake market carefully.”
