Diana
Driscoll, President of Driscoll Realty Developments, Inc., owned and
managed the building for four and a half years, retaining all of the
original tenants. Its excellent location in a quickly growing area of
Fort Worth, combined with its proximity to Interstate 35W, made this
building an exceptional professional and retail center.
The
building was sold through a 1031 Tax Free Exchange to an entity in
California. Driscoll Realty Developments, Inc. (formerly known as FW
